Do I need to contact Customer Support every time my bank isn’t supported?

Robora connects with trusted providers like Plaid, MX, and Mastercard (Finicity) to securely link your external bank accounts. While most major banks and credit unions are supported, there may be cases where your bank is not yet available.

In those cases, the account linking process must be completed manually after additional verification for security purposes. This means you’ll need to contact our Customer Support team whenever you wish to link a bank account that is not supported through our providers.
