What documents are required to complete the application?

  1. For Personal Details: The following documents are required:

    1. Identity:

      1. US government ID, or

      2. International Passport

    2. SSN:

      1. Tax document, or

      2. SSN Card

    3. Address:

      1. Utility bills(e.g., electricity, water, gas, or landline phone bills), or

      2. Property tax, or

      3. Latest pay stub, or

      4. Voter registration card, or

      5. Lease or Rental Agreement (signed by both parties), or

      6. Another financial institution statement

  2. For Business Details: The following documents are required:

    1. Business Formation:

      1. Company formation or registration document (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Formation)

    2. EIN (Employer Identification Number):

      1. IRS-issued EIN document.

    3. Address:

      1. Utility Bill (e.g., electricity, water, gas, or landline phone bills), or

      2. Lease or Rental Agreement (signed by both parties), or

      3. Certificate of Occupancy, or

      4. Government Correspondence (e.g., an IRS letter for U.S. businesses with an EIN or a letter from another regulatory body), or

      5. Insurance Policy Documents (e.g., property or liability insurance)
