If you don’t see an auto-sweep facility on your dashboard, it usually means the account was not linked through providers like Plaid, MX, or Mastercard (Finicity), but was instead added manually by entering your legal name, account number, and routing number.
Robora does not offer an auto-sweep facility for manually linked accounts because we do not receive the latest balance information from them. Without this real-time data, we are unable to provide the sweep functionality.
